Anchors Away Custom Designed Yachts We begin with a high efficiency and high performance hull from Wesmac. We chose this hull for its innovative engineering and design. Below the waterline, the Wesmac features a modified v-bottom, rimmed by a flat chine that gives the Wesmac true planning hull characteristics combined with the sea-keeping ability of the true Downeasters.

The full keel and streamlined sternpost and skeg offer the necessary protection for the propeller and rudder. What you get is a boat that is easy to drive, sleek and speedy in the water, and very stable for either cruising or fishing.

The Wesmac hull design has proved itself in research, aquaculture, commercial fishing, pleasure cruising, pilot boat applications, fire/rescue, six pack charter and USCG certified passenger vessel applications.
